Beeyon, in association with Colocentric Limited, is delivering a series of 1-day workshops on sustainability in the data centre which specifically focus on reducing a centre’s energy cost and carbon footprint through more productive use of server resources.
The workshop will cover the general areas of the data centre sustainability agenda, and the new environmental EU and U.K directives and regulations affecting the operations and audits of the data centre industry.
The mandatory energy and performance metrics, and KPIs required in the annual energy audits are introduced, together with Beeyon’s automated energy analysis and audit technology, Papillon.
Any management or senior decision-makers involved in data centre operations, procurement or with responsibility for ESG compliance. Due to the mandatory obligations implicit in the new directives and regulations, the workshop is particularly relevant to colocation providers and tenants.
